Why 21 Days?
One of the reasons we have chosen 21 days, is because it is the model set out by a fast entered into by the prophet Daniel.
“In those days I, Daniel, was mourning three full weeks. I ate no pleasant food, no meat or wine came into my mouth. nor did I anoint myself at all, till three whole weeks were fulfilled.” – Daniel 10:2-3
When you look at the results of a 21-Day-Fast, they are astonishing! The Twenty-One-Day God Cures Diet is not the Daniel fast. This is a comprehensive program designed to reveal to you the grand delusion and plan of Satan to kill, steal and destroy your life, rob you of your future, erode your destiny and blind you from ever discovering the gift and calling that God programmed in your DNA to be expressed in a positive way by your genes.
DO’S AND DONT’S OF THE GOD CURES DIET –
Sugar (Sugar is a destructive force that feeds disease, feeds inflammation, and will stand in the way of you getting well.)
Diet Sodas or any drinks of any kind that have aspartame or other artificial seetners
Gluten (Do a Google search on foods with gluten and those without, and it will give you a pretty good sense of direction.)
Corn oils, vegetable oils, and other cooking oils
Water – Drink eight to ten tall glasses of water every day for all twenty-one-days and the rest of your days! Stay away from bottled water. The plastic is loaded with chemicals, and there are a significant number of studies to prove it. Get a great water filter and hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
Veggies – After the fast, eat lots of veggies (fresh and organic if you can afford it) Like cauliflower, broccoli, kale, spinach, brussels sprouts, carrots, and cabbage.
B12 – Consume a good B12 supplement every day and for the rest of your days.
Omega-3 – Consume a good omega-3 supplement every day and for the rest of your days.
During and after the fast, eat fresh ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, rosemary, sage and thyme.
Coconut oil – During and after the fast eat coconut oil. Cook with it. Make a coffee shot with it.
Olive oil – During and after the fast, eat Olive oil (but not heated to high temperatures).
After the fast, eat avocado, cucumbers, fermented foods, beans/ legumes, nuts, and berries.
